At each weekly pool service visit we start by testing and balancing the pool or spa's chemistry. We also check the following factors of your pool and/or spa: ph level, total alkalinity, phosphate levels, chlorine and sanitizer levels, hardness (calcium levels), cyanuric acid and filter pressure. We maintain the water level of the pool, and alert you if there is an irregular rise or drop in the pool's water level. An irregular drop can indicate a leak in equipment and if caught early enough, can save money on expensive repairs. An irregular rise is pool water level from rainfall can cause damage to the coping (Pool coping is the material above the tile line that generally covers the top of the pool structure) and the pool deck itself. We refill the chlorinator or floating chlorine dispenser. A detailed data log is kept in reference to our service visits, chemical levels and chemical dosing for our reference, any information on such logs is available to you upon request.
